Overview

Sales Planner makes sales forecasting easier and helps you to focus on the actions that need to be done in order to achieve your numbers.

After downloading the App, you can customise it in order to reflect your business needs. Create custom look-up lists for Regions and Sectors. Most importantly create a custom sales process with stages that reflect the way you do business. The App will use the Region setting from your iPhone in order to display dates and currencies correctly for your part of the world.

Sales Planner supports two separate forecasts: Sales Forecast & Invoice Forecast. You can choose to use either or both of these. Opportunities are allocated to the appropriate forecast depending upon it’s current sales stage and how that particular stage has been assigned within your Custom Sales Process.

Each opportunity is given a confidence %. The dials on the dashboard indicate the average confidence across all opportunities that fall within your forecast date range.

Opportunities can have actions allocated to them. The Actions indicator on the dashboard shows actions that are associated with opportunities in your current forecast. This is designed to keep focus on tasks which need to be completed in order to hit your sales forecast.

Details of opportunities within your forecast can viewed on your iPhone or exported as a CSV file and emailed. This file can then be used within EXCEL or imported into a CRM application.
